Ginger Peach Green Smoothie
It is seriously scorching here in Central Washington. Today the thermometer is expected to reach 100 degrees. I don't know about you, but I am certainly not interested in turning on my oven, or basically eating any hot foods when it's this warm out. Enter: Green Smoothies. Can I get a, "hell yeah!" Refreshing ginger adds a kick, and the strawberry, peach and spinach hydrate for days. Get some!
Ginger-Peach and Strawberry Green Smoothie
Prep Time: 2 minutes
- 1 Tbs minced ginger root
- 1 C frozen peaches
- 3-4 frozen strawberries
- 1 C baby spinach
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
- Add all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
